All materials are procured to the specification and contract requirements. Material available in the local market is ordered from our selected suppliers with proven track record and experience. Materials, which are not available in the local market, are procured directly from Europe, U.K and/ or Asia.

All incoming materials are inspected and checked against the delivery notes and packing lists. Non-conforming materials are returned to the supplier and identified as such on the list. Acceptable materials are entered on the stock-card by the storekeeper. The production and quality supervisor examine all finished products to ensure that requirements are fully met. These are also entered on the stock-card and checked against the quality schedule.

Preparation of shop drawings is coordinated with the contract drawings, specification, bills of quantities and actual site measurements. Following preparation, all shop drawings are thoroughly checked by the designer prior to submittal for approval and only approved drawings for approval and only approved drawings are used for fabrication. All shop drawings are prepared in AutoCAD by qualified and experienced draughtsman, from the design/CAD department.

Programmes and Schedules are prepared based on the approved construction programme supplied by the main contractor. Programmes will include procurement, production, assembly, delivery and installation phases as necessary.

Depending on the contractual requirements, all samples for approval are prepared as per the specification or approved equivalent. When completed our site staff make requests for inspection by the main contractor / consultant. Approvals will be advised in writing. Following the approval of samples and mock-ups and review of the conditions of contract, purchase order will be prepared and the materials will be scheduled as per the requirements.

All items to be fabricated are shifted to the assembly section after checking of the quality of work, finish and sizes. Items ready for assembly will be segregated and grouped with their corresponding parts in the working area. The supervisor staff will carry out inspection prior to sending material for finishing.


Materials are carefully distributed to their designated locations for fixing, where possible, by mechanical means to minimize and prevent damage. Sizes and location of the materials are checked against the approved shop drawings. Installation is carried out in such a way that client’s requirements are fully satisfied.

Prior to the inspection by Main Contractor / Consultant ofthe installed work, site engineer will carry out snagging and only then will the final inspection be requested. Request for final inspection is issued upon internal acceptance.

On completion of snagging, the works are quantified, inventory list is prepared and presented for client inspection and acceptance.


The health, safety and welfare of employees are very important to us and is essential for the efficient operation of our activities in addition to our duty to the public and clients.

The responsibility for safety at work rests upon all sectors of management and is not a secondary issue. Project Managers are personally responsible for health, safety and welfare within their area of activity and the company will ensure that this policy is rigorously followed through the organization.

The company will take all reasonably practicable precautions to ensure the safety of its employees 1) by providing a safe working environment 2) by effective fire prevention and fire control 3) by providing facilities for treatment of injuries at work etc.

In parallel to the above, the safety of sub-contractors employed by us at site is fully in compliance with this policy at both selection stage and through the execution of their work on site. The company will support all those who endeavor to carry this General Safety Policy.
